Using the printing Sample C# 1709.
Steps to reproduce preview not updating:
1: Open Scenario 3
2: Click Print to show print dialog
3: Make print dialog wider
4: Select Pictures Only option under the Picture custom option
5: preview did not update.

If you then select a different orientation the preview updates with the selected picture option selection.
Also if you do not resize the print dialog then the preview always works.
