Description
In the CloudMirror sample (CustomStateProvider.cpp file), if we do not want to show a state icon for a value, and left 'itemProperty.IconResource' member as empty, it crashes Windows Explorer when displaying placeholders in the folder.
Is there anyway to not show an icon for a state value as we want to show several values for a placeholder?

Research direction
Start in CustomStateProvider.cpp and reproduce the crash by leaving itemProperty.IconResource empty while displaying placeholders in Windows Explorer. Trace how the CloudMirror sample supplies state values and determine the supported way to omit an icon. Done means placeholders display without crashing and multiple state values remain available.
