Description

I checked the settings in the audio control panel and it is set to reduce volume by 80%. However, nothing seems to happen in any app, and the same is the case when using the SDK samples. Is this still supported in Windows 10?

Research direction

Begin with the DuckingMediaPlayer and DuckingCaptureSample SDK samples, reproducing the missing volume reduction under the stated 80% setting. Confirm whether ducking is supported on Windows 10 and document the observed behavior or required change; the issue names no file or test.
