Research direction
Start by reproducing the freeze in the WinUI 3 Gallery app through Basic input -> Slider, including moving two sliders simultaneously or increasing system workload. Identify what causes the 5–10 second unresponsive period and verify that quickly moving the sliders no longer freezes the app on the reported Windows App SDK and Windows versions.
