Description
Which version of the app?
WinUI 3 Gallery
Description
Most devs do not have a touch screen, and it's kind of hard to test out and see the demos. Samples include:
- SwipeControl
- PullToRefresh
We can add a tool right beside those samples to simulate touch input, visualize it with a semi-transparent circle.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the SwipeControl and PullToRefresh samples in the WinUI 3 Gallery to understand how their demos are structured and where a companion tool could fit. Define the interaction and visualization behavior for simulated touch, including the semi-transparent circle, and consider the scope across the touch-oriented controls named in the issue.
