Description

Describe the bug
The New AI Assistant project that was included in the announcement on the README file is linked to a page that doesn't exist.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Web-Dev-For-Begginers-Repository'
Scroll down to the README preview
Under the Announcement - New Project to build using Generative AI
Click the project link that was added
It will redirect you to a 404 page
Expected behavior
It supposed to take the users to the Chat project page

Additional context
I found out that a leading 0 was added to the front of the project index, removing the leading zero will resolve the issue. I'd love to fix this, kindly assign me to it.

Research direction

Open the repository README and locate the “Announcement - New Project to build using Generative AI” section. Check the project link and its leading-zero index against the Chat project page; done means the README link resolves to that page instead of a 404.
