We have submit a openEuler wsl appx and want to include it in wsl -l --online
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Want to see/install the openEuler WSL through wsl -l --online/wsl --install and in the [wsl install guide docs](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-manual#downloading-distributions), a download link is also provided.
