Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have not managed to find a clean way to yank vim file contents from remote Linux box to windows clipboard.
Describe the solution you'd like
It is possible to yank local files to system clipboard, and ideally this should work for remote vim sessions too.

Research direction
The issue names no source files, tests, or entry points. Search the repository for existing clipboard or yank integration, then determine where remote Vim sessions are handled; done means yanked contents from a remote Linux Vim session reach the Windows system clipboard.
