Description
Full feature systemd support. let the linux service auto start for me .
For example: when windows host operating system boot, WSL2 auto start , then start postgresql db, and nginx for me .
I would like to let them auto start and control and manage by systemd.
Now every modern linux using systemd to manage all services startup.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by clarifying the scope of systemd support and the Windows boot interaction, then define how WSL2 should start PostgreSQL and nginx under systemd; done means those services can be automatically started, controlled, and managed as requested.
