Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I would like to connect USB Devices to WSL. The only solution is described in:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/connect-usb

Using a third party tool, from a private developer. This introduces security concerns, as we have seen with SSH even far bigger projects can get compromised.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like the official Build of WSL to include a tested way to connect USB Devices from the Host System

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
None

**Additional context**
None

Research direction

The issue names no repository files, tests, or entry points; start by reviewing the linked Microsoft WSL USB documentation and the existing native device-integration design. Done would require a tested official mechanism for connecting host USB devices from WSL, but the scope and implementation location are not specified.
