Windows version : `10 Build 20348`
Getting the following error when doing a `wsl --install -d Ubuntu-22.04`
`WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80070057
Error: 0x80070057 The parameter is incorrect.`
And when doing `wsl --install` getting the following error
