Enable CONFIG_CIFS_DFS_UPCALL in WSL kernel

Not having this enabled causes "Object is remote" errors under WSL when trying to access an SMB share via a mounted DFS share.

With this option enabled, this does not occur.

I can resolve this by installing a custom kernel, but it's not a sufficiently outré request (DFS being fairly common on Windows-based networks, in my experience) that it should _need_ a custom kernel, IMO.

The request names CONFIG_CIFS_DFS_UPCALL and relates it to DFS SMB access under WSL. Start by locating the WSL kernel configuration for that option; done means the option is enabled and the reported "Object is remote" error no longer occurs when accessing an SMB share through a mounted DFS share.
