Description

Update sample for blob encryption/decryption.

A string is fine. The SampleApp has overridden logic to handle encryption and decryption along with threadpools, so its a little hard to follow the exact steps someone must take to properly encrypt & decrypt a blob. I'd like to see "HelloWorld-Encryption" sample as a step by step showing those details
