Description
GVFS.exe is unable to clean up tools directory. Event from live-site:
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'GVFS.Common.dll' is denied.

at System.IO.FileInfo.Delete()
at GVFS.Common.FileSystem.PhysicalFileSystem.RecursiveDelete(String path)
