Description

The follow error was reported during a gvfs upgrade

2019-02-22 21:21:59.9486520 Error deleting C:\ProgramData\GVFS\GVFS.Upgrade\Tools.
2019-02-22 21:21:59.9495307 TryRunProductUpgrade: Could not launch upgrade tool. Failed to delete C:\ProgramData\GVFS\GVFS.Upgrade\Tools - Access to the path 'GVFS.Common.dll' is denied.
