Description
Suppose we are running gvfs diagnose on a repo that has incorrectly written metadata, so we cannot load the disk information. However, we should still be resilient to this scenario so we can report the amount of space available on the local disk.

Research direction
Start in GVFS/GVFS/CommandLine/DiagnoseVerb.cs at the section linked in the issue, and trace how disk information is loaded when repository metadata cannot be read. The change is complete when gvfs diagnose still reports available local-disk space for a repository with incorrectly written metadata.
