Description
Follow up to #1578
When VFS4G finds that it needs to recreate missing shared cache related folders (e.g. because a user deleted .gvfsCache) it should re-create the folder using the same ACLs it does when creating the directory for the first time (during clone).

Research direction
Start by reading the related issue #1578 and tracing the VFS4G path that recreates missing shared cache folders, then compare it with directory creation during clone. Done means a deleted .gvfsCache or similar folder is recreated with the same ACLs used on first creation.
