Description

It's expected on Windows that ControlTrace (and FlushKernelDriverLogs) will fail if prjflt is not loaded.

gvfs diagnose should always copy the ProjFS/prjflt files, even if FlushKernelDriverLogs return false.

Research direction

Start at the implementation of gvfs diagnose and trace how ControlTrace and FlushKernelDriverLogs affect copying the ProjFS/prjflt log files. Done means the files are copied even when FlushKernelDriverLogs returns false because prjflt is not loaded.
