Intellisense is extremely slow on one of my projects. Number of files wise, it is the smallest. The only two things that are "different" with this project is that I use bun instead of npm (I tried using it on another project though, and did not see the issue) and that I have some 200GB sqlite files in the directory structure (though they are ignored in tsconfig et al).
