number literal hover binary hexadecimal octal exponential decimal resolve

⭐ Suggestion

Show the resolved number when hovering a number literal, e.g:

Code_2021-06-04_17-45-30

📃 Motivating Example

Number literals written in a non base 10 or exponential notation are harder to deal with, seeing them resolved on hover instead of having to run them in a console would be a nice to have. Besides, it's already the case for consts.

Research direction

Start by comparing the requested number-literal hover behavior with the existing hover behavior for consts, using the binary, hexadecimal, octal, exponential, and decimal examples in the issue. Done means hovering a non-decimal or exponential number literal shows its resolved numeric value without requiring console evaluation.
