https://github.com/tc39/proposal-record-tuple is stage-2.
I haven't found related issue and I created this.
I'm a little worry about the global Record object and our utils type Record<>.

Research direction

Start by reading the linked TC39 proposal and reviewing the interaction described between the global Record object and TypeScript's Record<> utility type. No files or tests are named; done would require a clear compatibility design for the proposal and the existing utility type.
