Description

Today we provide a quick fix in JavaScript files (e.g. .js, .jsx) under // @ts-check and checkJs to suppress errors by adding a

// @ts-ignore

comment.

Now that we have // @ts-expect-error which errors in the presence of no errors, we should probably switch the quick fix over to use that instead.

The issue does not name implementation files or tests. Start by locating the quick fix that adds // @ts-ignore for JavaScript files under // @ts-check or checkJs; done means that quick fix adds // @ts-expect-error instead, with relevant quick-fix tests updated or added.
