Description

Sample method that accepts only one parameter. Later in code I want to call this method with extra parameter. Quick fix action should add it for me. Now it does nothing.

public someMethod(a: number):void {
 // ...
}
this.someMethod(1, 'test');

Research direction

Start with the provided TypeScript example and the quick-fix handling for diagnostic ts(2554). Trace how the missing-argument diagnostic is offered to quick fixes, and consider the example complete when invoking the action adds the missing method parameter and the behavior is covered by the relevant tests.
