Nested classes are not collapsible/expandable in Visual Studio.

    private ClassB = class{
        ...
    }

}

Code inside classB loses this functionality.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue in Visual Studio with the nested ClassA/ClassB example from the report, then inspect how code folding handles the nested class body. The work is done when the code inside ClassB can be collapsed and expanded like the surrounding class code.
