Description:
Currently, when hovering over the search bar, the styling appears visually unappealing. This negatively affects the user experience and detracts from the overall design of the application.
Expected Behavior:
The hover state should have a clean, visually appealing design.
Consider subtle animations, border highlights, or background color changes for better aesthetics.
Maintain consistency with the overall UI theme and ensure responsiveness across screen sizes.
Acceptance Criteria:
Clean and smooth hover effects are implemented on the search bar.
No visual glitches or inconsistencies during hover interactions.
Mobile and desktop views are visually polished and responsive.
