Crashed in Sublime build 4084

In the next dev build of sublime got next problem. Is it possible to fix, new Sublime is pretty nice!

KeyError: 'bold'

Start in typescript/libs/popup_formatter.py, especially format_css and its style_for_scope call from get_theme_styles. Reproduce the traceback in Sublime Text build 4084 and verify that quick-info tooltips no longer crash with KeyError: 'bold'.
