Research direction

Start by reproducing the result in the linked TRELLIS Hugging Face Space with the reported Stage 1, Stage 2, and Multi-image settings. Inspect how those settings affect the rendered object and document or identify the setting that controls the uneven brightness, with a reproducible result showing whether both sides can be equally bright.
