Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the post-processing case with remeshing disabled and a 30k-polycount target, then compare the resulting mesh with the attached examples. Done means the simplified geometry no longer contains holes or severe artifacts.

Description

Hey, I got pretty broken geometry on mesh with holes or severe artifacts if I disable remeshing during post-processing. My simplification target is 30k polycount. It looks like default simplification approach is problematic.
