Description
Hello Sysmon for Linux team,
We would like to request official support for Debian 13 (Trixie) in Sysmon for Linux.
Context
- Debian 13 is now available and being evaluated/adopted for production use in some environments.
- At the moment, the installation documentation and Microsoft package repositories do not list Debian 13 as a supported platform.
Request
Could you please clarify:
- Whether Debian 13 support is planned for Sysmon for Linux
- If so, whether there is a rough timeline or milestone
- Whether existing Debian 12 packages are expected to work on Debian 13, or if a dedicated build is required

Research direction
Read the installation documentation and Microsoft package repositories for the current Debian 12 support entries, then compare them with Debian 13. Check the issue's questions about package compatibility and dedicated builds; done requires a confirmed support plan, timeline, and packaging decision.
