**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
Customer is requesting to use OpenAI service behind Azure API Management for management of keys and security features. My understanding is that they will not be able to use PySpark API without direct access to Az OpenAI service via access key.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Ability to configure endpoints in PySpark OpenAI API so that we can use SynapseML to execute batch scoring in PySpark through API Management service.
