Description
Describe the bug
In scenarios where the NetworkControllerFC module is not in the default PowerShell directories, the remote calls to Get-NetworkControllerOnFailoverCluster fail as the module is not able to be imported automatically.

Research direction
Start by tracing the remote calls to Get-NetworkControllerOnFailoverCluster and how the NetworkControllerFC module is imported when it is outside the default PowerShell directories. Done means the REST URL can be determined in that setup without the module import failure.
