Description
WG21-P3508R0 constexpr For Raw Memory Algorithms
WG21-P3369R0 constexpr For uninitialized_default_construct()
LWG-4452 Make deref-move constexpr
INCREASED feature-test macro:
#define __cpp_lib_raw_memory_algorithms 202411L
This depends on WG21-P2747R2 constexpr Placement new, implemented in Clang, so we'll be able to make progress with at least one compiler.
Note: We are not yet accepting PRs for C++26 features.

Research direction
Start by reading WG21-P3508R0, WG21-P3369R0, LWG-4452, and the dependency WG21-P2747R2. The issue identifies the __cpp_lib_raw_memory_algorithms macro and the targeted raw-memory operations, but names no files or tests; completion would require implementing the proposed constexpr support, subject to the note that C++26 feature PRs are not currently accepted.
