Description

WG21-P3370R1 Add C23 <stdbit.h> And <stdckdint.h>
LWG-4550 Need new feature test macros for <stdckdint.h> and <stdbit.h>

Feature-test macros (in WG21-N5046):

#define __cpp_lib_stdbit_h    202603L
#define __cpp_lib_stdckdint_h 202603L

While this is primarily something for the UCRT to implement (as <cmeow> wrapper headers aren't being added), this is also updating the std.compat module, so STL changes will be required.

Note: We are not yet accepting PRs for C++26 features.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the UCRT support requirements for <stdbit.h> and <stdckdint.h> described in the issue, then inspect the STL's std.compat module. Done means the two feature-test macros are provided and std.compat reflects the headers without adding wrapper headers; the issue names no tests or source files, and notes that PRs for C++26 features are not yet accepted.
