Research direction

Read WG21-P3247R2 and inspect the existing is_trivial and is_trivial_v implementation and tests. Determine which Library wording changes apply to MSVC STL; completion requires corresponding product and test updates, but the issue notes that PRs are not yet being accepted for C++26 features.
