Description
WG21-P2985R0 is_virtual_base_of
Feature-test macro:
#define __cpp_lib_is_virtual_base_of 202406L
Clang's compiler builtin is named __builtin_is_virtual_base_of, see llvm/llvm-project#98310 available in Clang 20. MSVC and EDG should follow suit.
Note: We are not yet accepting PRs for C++26 features.

Research direction
The issue names WG21-P2985R0 and Clang's __builtin_is_virtual_base_of, but no repository files or tests. Start by reading the proposal and the referenced compiler-builtin change, then identify the STL implementation and feature-test coverage needed. Done would mean coordinated support for the trait and __cpp_lib_is_virtual_base_of; the issue notes that PRs are not yet being accepted.
