Description
WG21-P2734R0 Adding The New SI Prefixes
Feature-test macro:
#define __cpp_lib_ratio 202306L
These are super duper unrepresentable for us, so there's nothing to do for the product code. However, I am unsure whether we should define the feature-test macro to note "yes, we are aware of these prefixes, and they are implementation-defined to not exist here".
Note: We are not yet accepting PRs for C++26 features.

Research direction
Start with WG21-P2734R0 and the feature-test macro shown in the issue. Review the repository's treatment of unsupported C++26 feature-test macros, then seek a maintainer decision on whether this macro should be defined. Done means the policy decision is recorded and any agreed change is identified.
