SPATAG build failure with cmake

Trying to build the project and getting following error:-

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a build folder inside repo
2. go inside build folder and execute cmake -A x64 ..
3. From the build folder, open SPTAGLib.sln solution in Visual Studio and compile all projects
4. See error

Appliction should compile

Reproduce the Windows build from a new build folder with cmake -A x64 .., then compile all projects in the generated SPTAGLib.sln using Visual Studio. Start with the generated _SPTAG.vcxproj copy step for Wrappers/inc/SPTAG.py; done means the solution builds without the MSB3073 copy failure.
