Description

I didn't manage to download the SPTAG repository with git-lfs enabled because there are multiple gigabytes of data in the datasets/SPACEV1B/ directory and it was taking a long time to download the source code on my connection. To accommodate people who just want the code without the datasets, I think that it would be best to delete the datasets/ directory from the SPTAG repository and create a new SPTAG-datasets repository to contain the SPACEV1B dataset and other datasets using git-lfs.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the datasets/SPACEV1B/ directory and the repository’s Git LFS setup to understand the data currently included. The issue names no tests or other source files; done means the datasets/ directory is removed from SPTAG and the SPACEV1B dataset is available in a separate SPTAG-datasets repository.
