build warning: Boost bind placeholders in the global namespace is deprecated

When building SPTAG using Boost 1.74.0 on Debian bullseye, I get a few warnings about bind placeholders being deprecated:

Start with AnnService/inc/Socket/Connection.h and AnnService/src/Socket/Connection.cpp, which bring in Boost.Asio and trigger the Boost 1.74 warning. Reproduce the build on Debian bullseye with Boost 1.74, then verify that the warning is gone while the socket code still builds successfully.
