Description

Currently The Keithley 2600 series drivers implements a Lua FastSweep that directly generates a QCoDeS Loop dataset
This should be replaced with a function to Generate a ParameterWithSetpoints such that the Instrument doesn't have any dependenceis on the DataSet (new or old)

Research direction

Locate the Keithley 2600 series drivers and the Lua FastSweep implementation. Read how it currently generates a QCoDeS Loop dataset, then trace the existing ParameterWithSetpoints patterns. Done means the FastSweep is replaced by a function generating a ParameterWithSetpoints without instrument dependence on the new or old DataSet.
