yokogawa gs200/210 incomplete snapshot

We have observed that the snapshot of a gs200 did not contain the important values e.g. value of voltage even after adding the gs200 to the station which should trigger the update. After calling get on the parameter it is correctly reflected in the snapshot. I will need to get hold of an instrument to reproduce and investigate more

Reproduce the issue with a Yokogawa GS200 or GS210 instrument and compare the snapshot immediately after adding it to the station with the snapshot after calling get on the parameter. The work is done when important values such as voltage appear in the initial snapshot without requiring an explicit get call.
