Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
It would be useful to be able to swap the positions of applications between zones on the FancyZones layout screen using a quick sequence of clicks, similar to how Samsung or Xiaomi handle their split-screen views.
### Scenario when this would be used?
In many messaging applications, the text input bar is typically located at the bottom of the screen, which can be quite uncomfortable during long work sessions. Thanks to this feature, you can modify the app's layout and move the messaging area to the top, making it more comfortable to use with just a couple of clicks at the junction between the two areas.
