Description of the new feature / enhancement

A tool with can remap your mouse buttons and wheels to perform custom actions, shortcuts, and macros. It should also detect extra buttons on the mouse and help remap them. Something similar could be done with the keyboard too. Macros and remap of keyboard keys would be useful to many. I feel this is one more feature that powertoys could implement to help users cut down on installing other apps that will run in the background taking up extra resources when powertoys could do it for them

Scenario when this would be used?

If case someone has a mouse with extra buttons or wants to remap maybe the copilot key to automatically open set of apps, they woundn't have to install apps like x mouse button control or autohotkeys. They can easily do it using powertoys.

Supporting information

Maybe feature from x mouse button control and autohotkey could be replicated and also taken even further with RGB control or paired with existing features to automate heavily. Ex: exiting every app and launching a set of apps only like exiting from work apps and launching games with a single button on the mouse or keyboard
