Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
The new Window Hopper tool is great for switching between different windows in the same application. But many apps use tabs within a single window instead of separate windows - eg:
* Windows Explorer
* Web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
* Terminal
It would be great if the utility could be expanded to support switching between tabs as well.
### Scenario when this would be used?
Switching between multiple open tabs in a web browser or other application which uses tabs instead of windows.

Research direction
Start with the Window Hopper tool and review how it currently switches between windows; the issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Clarify the expected behavior across Windows Explorer, web browsers, and terminals, then consider the work complete when open tabs can be switched between in those applications.
