Press shortcut for Command Palette

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

Command Palette window opens

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Windows emits Stop sound
No Command Palette window appears

Installed on system, running as administrator.

Command Palette behaves as expected when invoked through shortcut keys, except when the PowerToys settings window is open and has focus. Current shortcut set to Win+Alt+Z (no conflicts reported). This is probably a trivial edge case, but it had me puzzled for a while trying to check alternative shortcuts for Command Palette.
