Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
It would be a small but appreciated enhancement if the currently used old Windows folder selection dialog, used at least for selecting the location of settings backups, would be replaced by the modern Windows File Explorer folder selection dialog which is much better.
Current dialog:
File Explorer window dialog:
Scenario when this would be used?
Changing the folder of backups, otherwise file or folder operations (selecting/saving/opening). The modern selection dialog has several advantages: pastable and copyable path, resizable window, multiple view and sorting types, search, quick access (if it's turned on), etc.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the Back up & restore folder-selection call sites, especially the settings-backup folder flow, and identify how the current Windows dialog is opened. Done means the relevant folder-selection flow uses the modern dialog and still supports choosing a backup location.
