Description

### Microsoft PowerToys version

0.100.2

### Installation method

PowerToys auto-update

### Area(s) with issue?

Image Resizer

### Steps to reproduce

1. I need to resize these images (without overwriting the originals)
2. Done! But the filesize is too high, so I don't need the resized images
3. Ctr+Z on folder
4. Everything that was resized is gone (completely obliterated, didn't even go to the recycle bin), including the resized versions :))))

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

Send only the resized images to the shadow realm, not the originals, they were innocent! Innocent, I tell you!

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Indiscriminate file handling brutality

Research direction

Start in the Image Resizer area and reproduce the reported sequence with PowerToys 0.100.2: resize images without overwriting the originals, then use Ctrl+Z on the folder. Trace the undo handling and verify that only resized images are removed and the originals remain intact without entering the recycle bin.
