CmdPal: Add a drawer for pinned and recent commands

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Compact mode is cool, but you know what would make it even cooler? A drawer!

You know, this thing...

... except it would be like this ...

And it would:
1. Show pinned and recent commands for quick access from the collapsed palette.
1. Allow the use of number keys for even quicker access (Alt+1...Alt+0).
1. Have overflow.
1. Be cool.
