Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
The ability to change the file date of multiple files can come in handy
Scenario when this would be used?
Came across a situation where I corrected the name of many files using the PowerRename utility. Now I'd like to update a backup folder to contain ONLY these newly renamed files. PowerRename does not update the file date. Even if PowerRename had an option to update the file date of renamed files - unchanged files would have the same "older" file date.

Research direction
The issue names no file, utility entry point, or test. Start by identifying which PowerToys utility should own multi-file date changes and read its existing file-operation behavior. Define the supported date or time fields, selection flow, and verification needed before implementation; done should be demonstrable on multiple files.
