Grab And Move Override

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Please add an additional keypress, e.g., Shift to override this behavior. I know you can supposedly override this function for a specific app (that currently doesn't work since the textbox is uneditable) but I would prefer a more granular method allowing it to be used in an app when I need it but not when I need a function that requires the Alt key, e.g., Notepad++.

### Scenario when this would be used?

Notepad++ has functions that use the Alt key to do various things. I also would like to be able to move Notepad++ windows using Grab And Move. Right now I cannot do both without manually turning off Grab And Move and then resetting it.

Start at the Grab And Move entry point and its settings or configuration, then check how Alt is currently captured while using Notepad++. Define the override behavior and verify that window movement and Notepad++ Alt shortcuts both work without manually toggling the feature.
